The program leaders are Dr. Michael Chang, former mayor of Cupertino, and Hon. Ruben Abrica, mayor of East Palo Alto. Together, they possess over 25 years of experience as elected officials and even more experience as college professors. Beginning on January 7, this 12- week program will meet Thursdays, 6:00-9:30 pm with a light dinner at De Anza College.
